Each insurance plan provides different reimbursement rates.  Please see some ways to find this information below.

Some questions you may ask your insurance company to learn about your out of network benefits

    • Do I have out of network benefits for outpatient mental health services?

    • If doing telehealth therapy - Do you offer out of network benefits for telehealth services?

    • What is my out of network deductible for individual and/or family? - This will give you an idea of how much money you will need to pay out of pocket before gaining potential reimbursement

    • What percentage of the fee do I receive for reimbursement after I have met my deductible? Is this percentage of the session fee, or the “usual and customary rate”? - some insurance companies provide a percentage reimbursement of a set rate, regardless of what you pay per session.
