The Fire Horse carries bold, transformative energy—symbolizing movement, liberation, courage, passion, and truth. It invites us to reclaim our vitality, release stagnation, and move forward with embodied confidence rather than force.

a moment to reset the nervous system, listen inward, and align intention with action—not from urgency, but from grounded presence.

An Invitation to come together. To come together if your heart is feeling joy, and especially to come together if your heart is feeling sorrow. We need not feel shame for feeling our feelings. This is a time for learning and connecting … These are times of many challenges and polarities, and also an auspicious time … Rumi says “ you have to keep breaking your heart until it opens”. Well, sometimes it gets broken for us. Now is the time for tending to ourselves and one another … no more turning away . This is a time for self healing for self connection and self understanding coming together.
Now is the time to unite.

6:00 – 6:20 | Arrival & Settling
We begin by nesting into the space and creating personal cozy areas using blankets, cushions, pillows and anything that you feel will support you in feeling comfy and cozy
6:20 – 6:30 | Gentle Welcome & Intention Setting
Brief, heart-centered introductions and an overview of the evening. Connecting in co-creating a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental, conscious container.
6:30 – 7:00 | Somatic Connection & Gentle Movement
Guided somatic practices to support embodiment, release stored tension, and reconnect with internal cues. All movement is invitational, with options to rest or modify at any time.
7:00 – 7:45 | Healing Soundscapes / Sound Bath
Immersive sound journey to support regulation, integration, and deep rest. Sound bath allowing the body and nervous system to process and settle effortlessly.
7:45 – 8:30 | Heart-Centered Sharing & Connection Circle
We close with a spacious sharing circle, offering time to speak, reflect, and bare witnessed in a safe, authentic community space. Sharing is always optional—listening and presence are equally honored.
