5:55 – 6:15 Arrival & Joyful Landing:
Arrive in your own time—no rushing, just softening into presence. Enjoy nourishing flower teas of hibiscus and butterfly pea flower as you gently land.

6:15 – 6:45 Labyrinth Walk & Attuning:
A guided journey through the labyrinth accompanied by the whimsical sounds of A Circle of Fifths—softening into presence where at the center you will choose seeds and planting pods.

6:45 – 7:15:   Seed Planting & Intention Weaving
A guided, heart-centered planting experience—infusing intention into both soil and self. A pod to take home, and one to contribute to the community meditation garden 

7:15 – 7:45:  Collaborative Percussion & Song Circle
An open, playful space for families and friends to share voice, rhythm, and creativity. All expressions are welcome—drumming, singing, sounding, being.
 We may have a few special open mic performances—please reach out if you’d like a spot!

7:45 – 8:00:  Special Performance: A Circle of Fifths
Enjoy a creative and wonderful live musical offering.

8:00 – 8:30:  Closing Sound Healing Meditation + Flower Essences.  A gentle, immersive sound journey with optional flower essences to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deep inner attunement.
