Full Buck Moon Gathering
A Cacao Circle, Collective Mandala Creation & Somatic Sound Meditation
Friday, July 31, 2026
Just two days following the Full Buck Moon, we are still held within the potent energy of the Buck Moon’s invitation to grow, bloom, and evolve.
Please join Melissa Ann and Michael for a heartfelt co-creation and exploration of the dance between our inner and outer harmonics, the seen and unseen, the human and the divine. Together, we celebrate the beauty of our individual and collective journeys as beings who are continually evolving, remembering that healing is not about perfection but about becoming more fully ourselves.
Join us beneath the lingering illumination of the Full Buck Moon for an evening of heart-centered connection, creativity, sound, and embodied presence.

A special Gathering
The Full Buck Moon arrives during the height of summer, when wildflowers are in full bloom, gardens are abundant, and the stag’s antlers are reaching their fullest expression—a symbol of growth, renewal, resilience, and conscious evolution. Nature reminds us that nothing remains static. Everything unfolds in rhythm.

The moon teaches us to honor the sacred cycles of life—the waxing and waning, the rising and falling, the blooming and the returning. Just as the sun rises and sets, the rain nourishes the Earth, and the seasons continually transform the landscape, we too are invited to embrace the ever-changing rhythms of our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits.
In the yogic tradition, this is the dance between form and formlessness—between the physical body we inhabit and the infinite awareness that animates it. We are both matter and energy, body and consciousness, continually evolving through the interplay of the visible and invisible. As we tend to our inner landscape with awareness and compassion, we cultivate the conditions for authentic growth, conscious evolution, and deeper harmony within ourselves and with the world around us.
This moonth's gathering is especially meaningful as I have the joy of sharing this experience alongside my son, Michael. He will be offering beautiful sonic soundscapes and a steady, grounding, compassionate presence throughout the evening, helping to hold a welcoming and supportive container for our community. There is something deeply meaningful about creating together across generations—a reminder that healing, presence, and love are gifts we share with one another.
As flowers reach their fullest bloom, may we also honor our own unfolding—not as something to perfect, but as something to witness with curiosity, courage, and love. Together, we create space to celebrate every season of becoming.
