You are warmly invited to gather in a sacred evening of earth medicine, sensory awareness, and Sound!
A space to soften, attune, and reconnect with your body's wisdom and the living intelligence of Mother Nature.
This month we are blessed in the presence of Special Guest, Beloved Sister and Medicine Woman, Amanda Jones of Emerge Quantum Wellness. Amanda is a holistic nurse dedicated to supporting the body's natural ability to heal through integrative care. Blending nursing knowledge with frequency healing, herbal medicine, nutrition, and mindful and somatic practices, she creates a space where science and spirit meet. Amanda's work focuses on restoring balance, regulating the nervous system, and empowering individuals to reconnect with their innate healing intelligence.
Beyond grateful that Ariel will be bringing her healing hands, reflexology and masterful reiki energy to share with us again!

A guided, sensory exploration of medicinal teas engaging taste,
smell, and embodied awareness while learning the properties and spirit of each plant.
A journey from seed to steeped medicine—earth to body
7:00 – 8:00 Somatic Sound Meditation
Immersive sound to support parasympathetic activation,
Nervous system regulation, and deep inner attunement.
8:00 – 8:30 Closing Connection Circle
Heart-centered sharing and reflection for integration.
Gently transition back into the world. Speaking is optional. Presence is powerful.
